Returns & Exchange Policy (Including International Customers)

What is your return policy?

All Mercury Summer products & accessories are final sales. There will be no return policies allowed.

Do note the following points:

All products & accessories are personally checked by Mercury Summer staff before shipping
Care is taken on packing the products & accessories, as well as for shipping
Products & accessories that are damaged after customers take ownership are not warranted for a return or exchange

If you've purchased a wrong product, and would like to change it, please reach out to us as soon as possible
If the product has already been packed and shipped, we will not be able to change the product order

For returns & exchanges due to product defects caused by manufacturing
Cost of return shipment to Mercury Summer will be borne by the owner initiating the return
Cost of shipment of any replaced products will be borne by Mercury Summer
Mercury Summer reserves the right to disallow the replacement of products, of which decisions are to the brand’s discretion
