Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs within Singapore are pre-calculated at check-out. The shipping cost for each other depends on the weight of the package. Once order has been made, the recipient will be receiving the order anywhere from 5-7 business days from the date that it was shipping.

After payment has been authorized and verified please allow up to 1-2 days for processing. Once the order has been shipped, recipients will be receiving a shipping notification email stating the carrier that was used to ship the order & tracking numbers will be provided.

*Mercury Summer offers free local shipping in Singapore on all orders over S$100; For international orders, unfortunately we are not able to offer that promotion as yet, and we seek your patience as we continue to find the best shipping options overseas.

International shipping
The cost for international shipping is pre-calculated at check- out. The shipping cost for each order depends on the weight of the package. For all international orders it may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. Although it may have reached its designated country, it may take several days for customs to process the package thoroughly. Depending on the country it is been shipped to additional time may very.

International Duties & Taxes
Mercury Summer is not responsible for duties and taxes applied to packages. The recipient will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Custom policies may vary, please contact your local customs for further info.
